Complete unit for the production of homemade ice cream
Brand TECHNOGEL – made in Italy
The unit can supply 35 to 40 ice cream shops daily and under full production can produce up to 1800 Kg in a cycle of 8 hours work of finished product.
The unit consists of:
2 ice cream pasteurisers;
1 chiller;
1 electric boiler (NEW);
4 mante batch freezers which transform the fluid mixture into the final product;
1 blast chiller and temperature maintainer;
1 machine for packing the ice cream in sacks of 4 kg each
Loading volume 1 x 40 container
With the machines, we will supply all the necessary equipment so that the unit is complete.
The unit is sold inclusive of assembly, installation and put in operation.
